Can you resize rings down in size?

Resizing depends on the type of ring. Generally, we cannot resize cluster rings, multi-stone rings, or eternity design rings down in size due to their design constraints. For other styles, resizing may be possible; please contact us for specific inquiries.

Will the hallmarks be affected when resizing?

We always strive to preserve hallmarks during resizing. However, the outcome depends on the location of the hallmark:

• If the hallmark is higher up on the shoulders, it is typically unaffected.

• If the band requires cutting, brazing, or stretching and the hallmark is at the bottom, some deformation may occur. We will always inform you of potential risks beforehand.

Do you provide certifications for the jewellery?

No, we do not provide certifications as we are not the manufacturers. Our pieces are pre-owned vintage and antique jewellery While we do not offer certificates, our expertise ensures the authenticity and quality of all items we sell.

Do you test the gemstones for authenticity?

Yes, all gemstones are tested for authenticity. We use a combination of expert knowledge and industry-standard gem testing equipment, including the Presidium Gem Tester 2 and Presidium Moissanite & Diamond Testers, for accurate verification and identification.

Do you test unmarked gold?

Yes, unmarked gold is thoroughly tested using XRF testing and acid testing to confirm its composition and authenticity. Any unmarked gold will be explicitly stated in our product descriptions.

How long does resizing take?

Please allow between 3-5 working days for resizing. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

How long does it take to dispatch?

Orders are generally packed and dispatched the same day if no resizing is required. For items requiring resizing, dispatch will take place once the resizing process is complete.

Can I come to visit your store?

We are an online-only store, so we do not have a physical shop for visits. However, we regularly attend and trade at antique and vintage fairs. If you are interested in visiting us at one of these events, please contact us for details about our next fair.
